Bill and Natalie planted Goodpaster in Chattanooga in 2002, and it's never been just about the company. We sponsor, partner and show up — for the veterans, the small businesses, the agents and the families that make this Valley what it is.

Goodpaster donated to Warrior Freedom, a Tennessee organization that trains and places service dogs with veterans living with PTSD, traumatic brain injury and mobility challenges. It's personal for Bill — he served eight years in the U.S. Navy, and we're proud to back the people doing this work for fellow veterans.

We hosted local Keller Williams agents at our Chattanooga office for a partner-network breakfast. Real estate agents are the front line for homeowners with roofing, gutter and painting needs — and the relationships we build with the people who refer us run two ways. We love showing up for the agents who show up for us.
That's the mission we wrote down in 2002, and it's still the one we measure ourselves against. Community involvement isn't a marketing tactic — it's how a family-owned business stays a family-owned business.
From Sale Creek to Fort Oglethorpe, we've worked in just about every neighborhood across the Tennessee Valley. If you're nearby and we haven't met yet, drop us a line.
