Tear-off and install scheduled around your operations. Daily progress reports if your project requires them.

FAQ

Common commercial roofing questions.

Can you provide certificates of insurance for our property manager?

Yes — same day. We carry general liability and workers' compensation, and we can name your property manager, building owner or commercial tenant as additionally insured on request.

Do you offer roof coatings as an alternative to full replacement?

For many low-slope commercial roofs in good structural condition, a silicone or acrylic coating can extend life 10–15 years at a fraction of the cost of full tear-off. We assess and recommend coating vs. replacement honestly — we don't sell coatings if the system needs replacement.

How do you handle storm damage and insurance claims?

For commercial properties, we document damage with drone photography and detailed roof reports, then work directly with your carrier or public adjuster. We can also handle emergency tarp-overs to prevent further damage while claims are being processed.

What's your minimum project size?

There isn't one. We've done $1,000 emergency leak repairs and full multi-building flat-roof replacements. We size the crew to the job.

Can you work under a master service agreement?

Yes — we work under MSAs for property management groups, HOA boards and commercial tenants. We can bill against POs and net-30 terms.
